CORPORATE PROFILE
Karl International (formerly known as JSA Global Asia Pacific) was established in the year 2010. The company’s charter was developed from the need to bring the core products and services of KO Group of Companies to the marketplace to support project management, supply chain management and many other related industries outside Americas to accommodate worldwide market demand.
Our Chairman, Mr. Karl William Oswald, is the founder of Global Fabrication Services, Inc., which was established in 1994 as a supplier of flame cut gear rack and parts to the oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining industries. Since 1994, the company has produced hundreds of miles of flame cut gear rack for jackup rigs. The unavailability of quality resources to supply heavy formed chords in high-strength steel led to the establishment of Jackrabbit Steel Products in 2006.
We have expanded our presence from one fabrication facility headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA, to multiple fabrication facilities and offices in Houston. Our international division includes sales offices in Singapore and Malaysia covering the Asia Pacific & Middle East regions.
